Ciao Bella Salon's Associate program is designed for newly graduated cosmetologists who are ready to take the next step from cosmetology school to building a successful career behind the chair.
Work alongside experienced stylists while continuing your education, strengthening your skills, and learning the business behind becoming a successful salon professional
LEARN BEHIND THE CHAIR
Our associates receive hands-on education and real salon experience while working alongside experienced Ciao Bella stylists. The program bridges the gap between cosmetology school and working independently behind the chair.
Education includes consultations, cutting, color formulation, blonding, styling, retail recommendations, guest experience, rebooking, and building a clientele.
BUILD YOUR CAREER
Our goal isn't simply to help you become a better stylist — it's to help you build a lasting career.
You'll continue developing your technical skills while learning the business side of the industry, including guest retention, time management, professional communication, goal setting, and growing your book.

Advanced Color & Blonding
Build confidence in formulation, placement, toning, and customized color.
Cutting & Styling
Strengthen your cutting, finishing, and styling skills on real salon guests.
Consultations & Guest Experience
Learn how to communicate confidently and create an elevated experience from consultation to checkout.
Retail & Product Knowledge
Learn how to confidently recommend professional products based on your guests' needs.
Building Your Clientele
Develop the habits and skills needed to retain guests, rebook, and grow a sustainable book.
Continuing Education
Continue learning through hands-on education and the ongoing training that is part of Ciao Bella's culture.
