Can I reserve an appointment online?
Yes! You can book an appointment by going to our website and clicking the "Book an Appointment" button at the top center of our home page.
Can I bring my children with me to my appointment?
Although we are obsessed and LOVE children….the salon can be a dangerous place for little ones if they are not receiving services. If you find it necessary to bring your child with you to your appointment, please note - if they cause a disruption, you may be asked to re-schedule.
Not happy with my hair?
Our priority is for you to LOVE your hair. Our goal is for you to be a long term guest of Ciao Bella Salon. Please give us a call within one week. We want you to feel comfortable communicating with us. Given the opportunity, we will work our hardest to make you happy, often at our expense.
I’m not loving my product I purchased?
At Ciao Bella we stand behind our hair product recommendations 100%…..but, if for some reason you aren’t loving what you purchased….please feel free to return your gently used hair product for another hair product of your choice.
What if I’m running late for my appointment?
We understand life can get crazy (kids, traffic, work)….We never want to run behind on our guests or have to rush through an appointment because of running late, so we ask to reschedule our guests if they are running 15 minutes late.
Gratuities are always appreciated….never expected. Our stylists are
grateful and appreciate when you are in love with your experience and look….gratuities are a beautiful way of saying thank you
